Thanks for these recipes! The chocolate cream was just what I was looking for! I've been looking for a sweet, chocolate topping to place on top of fruit parfaits, and even my oats in the morning (i know...I'm bad...) The pastry cream sounds super good too. Any recipes for how to make the pastry vegan?

Most people do not like the soy milk because they think the taste is bad or they are just too used to the normal milk but they should understand how your body can win just changing the habit of drinking cow?s milk and replacing it for something so good and delicious too
