5 Recipes with Coconut

Coconut and celery dressing

  • 1 tablet (90 grams) of chocolate bar (not very sweet), striped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons offlour
  • 1/2 cup of strawberry jelly, warm
  • Fresh raspberries, fresh mint leaves and shredded coconut for garnish
  • Whipped cream to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 325 ° F.
  2. Base: in a medium bowl combine the bread crumbs, shredded coconut, butter, sugar and cocoa. Press the mixture into the bottom of a deep dish 9-inch pie, spreading the edges to the edge.

Nourishing coconut and amaranth milk


  • 2 liters of milk

That pie looks amazing! Is that what the coconut-cocoa cake turns out to be? Oh man...that dressing sounds really good too. I've never heard of maing dressing out of coconut! I'm curious to see what it would taste like, and what types of foods you could pair it with? Would you recommend using it on a spinach salad? Or would that be better paired with a fruit salad, or something sweet?

Coconut is like my favorite fruit ever and I love trying things made with eat, especially if they are sweet but also there are pretty delicious recipes made with salt, as fish with coconut, I do not know how they call it but I tasted it in South America and it was quite delicious so if you know the recipe please let me know
