Seaweeds are one of the most nutritious foods, one of the richest sources of iodine, minerals and phytonutrients that exist. In general, seaweed is taken either in tablet, powder or dry, it is difficult to get fresh. Do not take more than half a teaspoon a day, since its effect HAS very high power also to assimilate successfully, you must not overdo the dosages, and take enough water.
When we combine the algae with vegetable juices, algae recover lost moisture and promote their uptake. Here are some juices that are recommended for those who like health, although they are particularly suitable in cases of anemia, anorexia, fatigue, physical weakness, bowel cleansing, athletes, nursing, to strengthen hair and restore vitality and youth to skin. Start as a rule, do not sweeten any juice (unless mentioned) and drink it slowly.
