Intestinal health is SO important, and yet I feel we don't have enough articles like these that start to spark the things we can do to keep our intestines healthy. Every morning when I wake up, I drink a full glass of warm water, before anything else. I wait for a little while before eating anything, because this does a great job of flushing the system out. Very good for the intestines.
