Acne is a skin condition that may have several causes like hormonal (androgen production), increased sebum production (a result of hormonal stimulation), plug formation (due to changes in the follicle that cause old cells accumulating at the exit of the follicle causing entrapment of fat) and a bacteria (basically propionilbacterium acnes, which usually stay in the skin, invading the trapped sebum, reproducing and causing inflammation.)

There are many ways to treat acne, and one of them is through food, which plays an important role in the quality of the skin. If you have a quality balanced diet, acne can actually heal a lot, and combined with other natural treatments, acne may disappear.

I have problems with acne even though now I?m 24 years old and this is embarrassing, but well, my family have always taught me that the best things are the ones that come from nature, so it?s good to find a treatment that doesn?t contain pills or other chemical substances to treat acne, I?m going to try a cleansing diet with blueberries and then star eating healthy to see if this works

I have had acne for years, and Itell you what, the best thing that ever worked for me was when I finally stopped taking all the medication my dermatologist had recommended for acne. I’m sure these recipes to great wonders, but I think people apply too many things to theri face hoping to get rid of acne – which only makes it worse
