Delicious and awesome, I love when you publish recipes, and I love trying them, well they are not always perfect but I do my best while doing them. Anyway, I had this surgery but a long time ago so I don?t know if they still work for me, however they seem healthy and surely I?ll include them in my diet next week, especially the last one, which is really easy to prepare

if you get this illness, you need to go to the hospital as soon as possible, you cannot stop to eat while you are having appendicitis, that’s too weird….

I have never had appendicitis and I am super glad about that. I would really like to prevent any sort of serious medical condition like that, and it’s great to use food to heal oneself!! Thanks for the wonderful recipes, they look awesome! I’ll definitely be using that recipe to make my own vegetable stock.
