Nice recipes people, we are really used to cook things instead of enjoying our meals raw, when food is a long way healthier than cooked food, but we thing the opposite, we believe that cooking kills all the bad substances but the same happens with the good properties, so it?s better to try to wash really carefully and then eat food raw including recipes like those.

Mm…so I’m going to have to pass on the mushroom balls, maybe I’ll make them for my fiance, but other than that everything looks great. I’m trying to consume more raw foods, and to “cook” (i.e. prepare) raw foods for meals. Some say it’s more difficult on digestion, but I truly believe you get more nutrients out of raw food.
