Excellent information I just LOVE hearing more about alternative therapies, especially branching form Chinese medicine! Just last year I got very interested in learning a lot more about chinese medicine, but I haven't heard of Qi Gong yet...I've been focusing more on herbal treatment and understanding how the body is interconnected.

that's a long list of benefits, is there any bad thing it can cause? Or is it like a perfect activity to do?...

This thing of Qi Gong sounds amazing I wanna investigate more about it because its benefits are a lot and a good option to change your life and body, I?m interested in that kind of things because I?m like starting a new life practicing things to feed my soul and mind
