About the author
I thought that mayonnaise could never be healthy but I was wrong, we should replace the common one or even the light because it has many harmful agents for the body. This recipes seem delicious to combine with other different dishes, and they seem very easy too, keep on going.
I prepare a nice and delicious mayo, my friends love it and it is pretty simple, I just add some garlic and other spices that can help highlight the flavors of the original recipe, which is amazing…. but it is not so healthy …
Haha! I acutally laughed when I saw the title to this article, because i thought “there’s no way mayonnaise can be nutritious”. And then I read some of the recipes and they actually are chalked full of great ingredients, I just wonder how misleading it is to call these products “mayonnaise” substitutes….
