Food and exercise

Drink at least one liter of water to promote circulation and remove toxins from your body.
Stop smoking because it causes clogging of the circulation, appearing cellulite.
Do not consume or avoid drinking alcohol in excess.
Eat fruits and vegetables with vitamin C that help produce collagen, responsible for skin elasticity and avoid junk food.
Vitamin E is another essential antioxidant to maintain the lush appearance of our skin and can be found in dried fruits (walnuts, almonds) and vegetable oils.
Add a daily exercise routine of at least 20 minutes.
