That's a long name for gastritis, but I guess we all know what it is. My mom (and I) both have really sensitive stomachs. My mother's seems to be a little worse off because she doesn't really take care of herself that well. She has been having really bad reflux (and from what it sounds like, gastritis as well). The doctor put her on an elimination diet. After all was said and done, they actually eliminated all raw foods from her diet. I know that raw foods can be hard to digest, but now the only fruits and vegetable she eats are canned. I just don't think that could really be good for her. I'll give her this article to read to see if it helps her situation.
