Between these remedies, we can find natural medicine which is undoubtedly one of the most effective and powerful ways to not only cure but put an end to allergies, as it may seem implausible, the body has the ability to heal itself, to repair and self-balance, the natural state is health, the key point is what we do to interfere or let flow the self-healing ability of the body. Natural medicine has the great advantage that, although is a little slower than conventional medicine, has the ability to promote and restore body’s strength, repairing and strengthening the immune system and make the person less and less dependent to medicines and doctors because, unlike pharmaceutical drugs, which only attack the symptom and cause artificial forms to respond, natural medicine promotes whole body functions, it returns to its natural balance and force.

What is an allergy?

An allergy occurs when the immune system overreacts to a harmless external factor such as dust, pollen, etc., producing antibodies. When these antibodies are stimulated by the presence of pollen, the body begins to produce histamine, a substance that causes sneezing, itching, burning and irritated eyes and runny nose.

There are many types of allergies: to food, dust, mites, pollen, etc.

Some of the most common are:

Allergy to dust or mite: it is one of the most common, manifested by a hypersensitivity to the mites (more specifically to the stool of these). The reaction is frequent sneezing, although the symptoms vary depending on how severe the allergy. Some other reactions are rhinitis: the person has exaggerated and constant runny nose. In general, nasal breathing is difficult; the nasal mucous membranes are inflamed and you have to breathe through your mouth. Another reaction is asthma. Allergy to dust mites can degenerate over time in asthma, severe respiratory distress that is accompanied by noise or hiss salt breath, cough, shortness of breath, etc.

Pollen allergy: during spring time, when flowering begins. Reactions to this allergy may be conjunctivitis, watery eyes, itching and swelling of the eyes or gritty feeling eyes. There are also symptoms like rhinitis or asthma. Other symptoms may include excessive sweating to a minimum of activity, depression, fatigue, fever.

What causes allergies?

There are many causes:

  • A saturated body of toxic substances that accumulate in the intestines and blood, causing a bad or weak intestinal operation, so as a low quality blood.
  • A weak or deficient immune system.
  • Lack of nutrients and rest, both mentally and physically.
  • Diet where often include junk food or processed (refined bread, canned goods, etc.), Excess sugars and animal fats.
  • Pressure, tension and / or frequent and prolonged anxiety. Constant criticism and demands or severe self-perfection are states of mind that may predispose to allergies.

How can I fix it?

Besides considering the above points, especially diet and emotional states, usually cases of allergies are treated with antihistamines. An antihistamine is a substance that blocks the histamine receptors, which reduce or block its effects and symptoms that produces histamine.
