All persons live under pressure with a high level of stress. Continuing concerns increase the accumulation of toxins and blocked energy in the body. The body sends us signals that because of the stressful life, we do not pay any attention. It begins with a symptom (contracture) and continues with some more internal, intense and deep reaching the long time in illness.
The best, the easiest and most natural remedy is undoubtedly the Ayurvedic massage, which not only works with the physical body but also the body/astral energy where diseases are born caused by these blockages and then appear in the body as:
- Sacrum, cervical, lumbar, back pain, etc..
- Anxiety and insomnia
- Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia
- Fat/thin, fluid retention and cellulite.
- Problems in joints and blood circulation
- Acne and allergies.
- Dry/irritated/wrinkled skin
- By kneading, and friction, it works on the circulatory system, lymphatic, emotional, or subtle energy and helping to eliminate muscle fatigue both mentally and physically and provide resistance to disharmony and disease.
Using different oils, creams, tonics, lower essences, herbs and Noni juice, which I have already commented in other articles of mine. The 5 items are the result of harmony between body, mind and spirit.
Ayurvedic massage connect a physical location with other movements with deep and stimulating at the same time, energy and hidden Kundalini which lies dormant in the sacrum, and helps open up the deeper layers of our mind.
The Ayurvedic massage has three specific objectives:
- Increasing circulation
- Stimulating and strengthening the lymphatic system
- Open the flow of prana or life force
With these actions, the Ayurvedic massage revitalizes the body and cleans of toxins.
The lymphatic system helps in blood circulation, draining excess fluid and toxins from the blood circulation, which facilitates the work of the heart. It also provides a direct line of defense in the body, stimulating the production of antibodies.
When it clears the circulation and lymph, it releases patterns that are deeply ingrained. The muscles begin to loose connective tissue of very deep, which in turn will leave the bones. As the mind, body tissues and cells are connected together, the brain receives messages from stress, allowing free flowing breath and prana. Emotional content, such as toxins have been present in connective tissue, also coming to the surface and are released. This cleaning is a sense of rejuvenation and happiness that comes from within.
