I have always felt an affinity for and deep connection with music. It runs in my family, and of all the senses (well...perhaps sight is equally as powerful to me), hearing music and sounds is one of the most inspiring, and penetrating of all. I am so moved, and touched, by sounds that I hear. It is a beautiful thing.

I have heard a lot of good experiences about this amazing therapy, which is not new since music has been there for us since always, I mean, it is connected with human which is why it?s so important to have time to listen to music and relax our body and especially our mind, sop everybody should try this therapy!
