Meningitis is an inflammation of the meninges, diagnosis and early treatment is important to prevent severe consequences. It can strike anyone, although is common in children. Its main cause is a very poor immune system coupled with a severe emotional stress.

It is important to see a health professional in case of suspicion. However, complete cure is not only in medication, but in a healthy diet that strengthens the body’s immune system and makes it resistant to infections.

This diet will help boost the immune system and can be applied in conjunction with any other treatment.

Well, I knew someone who died from this condition and it was terrible for all the family, we didn?t expect that, and was just so quick, so I think the better thing is to take care of our bodies and especially to children?s bodies because they are smaller and need more healthy food to maintain the whole body without infections or diseases.

I have heard that this is a very, VERY serious condition, and I would not want to ever “mess around” with it. It is true that if you suspect you may have it, seek medical help IMMEDIATELY. It is good to know, however, that having a healthy diet does help your body during recovery. Thanks for the article and the wonderful information!
