Lower your abdomen in three days!
If you want to reduce your belly in no time, we recommend you follow to the letter the next diet. People say there are no wonder diets, but this one can help minimize your belly in no time. It's all about dedication and willingness to do it in only three days!
This diet also will help you make your skin look healthier and you will lose one or two kilos and also serves as cleansing diet, so all your organs and systems will strengthen and rejuvenate as well as the immune system, plus it will give you new energy!
So get to work! Do not waste time and plan the day as soon as we started this regime.
Considerations before starting the diet:
- You should attempt to combine the diet with some exercise to emphasize the results and help remove the fat more easily.
- If you are very overweight, do this diet for 7 days.
- If you are very overweight and you just want to lower abdomen a little, follow this diet and after 3 days, follow the recommendations at the end of the diet.
- During the diet, you should drink each day two liters of pure water (no sugary drinks or juice).
- You must not drink any sugary drink or fruit at any meal. Fruit juices should be drunk on an empty stomach, do not combine fruit with any food.
- If you get hungry, eat pineapple, grapes or oranges.
Menu
Foods you should avoid at all costs (in case you get hungry) are: sugars and refined flours, processed, fried sausages, milk products (cheeses, etc.) and meat, especially red.
First day:
FASTING (6 to 7 am): Infusion of green tea with the juice of a squeezed lemon. DO NOT eat anything until half an hour.
BREAKFAST (8 to 9 am): A plate of pineapple, orange or papaya, choose only one fruit.
LUNCH (between 12 pm): a bowl of oatmeal or soy milk.
BETWEEN MEALS: fresh carrot juice with unsweetened alfalfa or lemon.
FOOD (4 to 5 pm): vegetable soup with fresh salad or soybean sprouts.
BETWEEN MEALS (6 or 7 pm): a cup of green tea (not to be taken with food)
DINNER (7 to 8 pm): a bowl of rice with vegetables.
BEFORE SLEEP (at nine in the evening): birdseed with unsweetened milk.
Second day:
FASTING (6 to 7 am): Infusion of green tea with the juice of a squeezed lemon. DO NOT eat anything until half an hour.
BREAKFAST (8 to 9 am): pineapple, grapes or bananas.
LUNCH (between 12 and one in the afternoon): vegetarian sandwich with plenty of fresh vegetables and tofu.
BETWEEN MEALS: fresh carrot juice with beet and celery and add unsweetened lemon.
FOOD (2 to 3 pm): miso broth with potato or carrot cakes with fresh salad.
BETWEEN MEALS: a cup of green tea (not to be taken with food)
DINNER: cup of soy milk or amaranth cereal bar.
BEFORE SLEEP: milk cup with birdseed.
Third day:
FASTING (6 to 7 am): Infusion of green tea with the juice of a squeezed lemon. DO NOT eat anything until half an hour.
BREAKFAST (8 to 9 am): pineapple, grapes or bananas and 3 almonds.
LUNCH (between 12 and one in the afternoon): bowl of rice with vegetables.
BETWEEN MEALS: a large glass of fresh carrot juice with beet and celery and add unsweetened lemon.
FOOD (2 to 3 pm): non-fried pumpkin pancakes or potato salad.
BETWEEN MEALS: a cup of green tea (not to be taken with food) or eat a cup of grapes.
DINNER: cup of almond milk with a slice of bread.
BEFORE SLEEP: birdseed cup with milk or apple.
We said that this diet is cleansing, so you should not follow it for more than 5 days. However, if you want to follow another diet after this to continue to lose weight or stay in shape with a flat stomach, you can follow the same recommendations, but including fish, homemade yogurt, bread and pastas.
If you do not want to regain weight, you really need to avoid flour and white pasta or refined sugars and processed foods as sodas, cookies, candy, etc., which are the main causes of overweight.
