For those concerned about their health and beauty, having a few pounds can cause many more reactions from desperate to find alternatives to the body to have ideal weight, whether put to the system, eliminating many foods, pills or seek or products that promise this and that (or suppress the appetite) to find a good nutritionist or becoming and slave at the gym.

1. ¿How long will it take?

This is one of the first things we think when we lose weight and someone proposes something that attracts us, because usually we want quick results. In fact, the time to start seeing results with these tips depends on whether you want to lose weight and conditions of your body. But if you're constantly and your try, you'll see that in less than a month very good results. That's a promise.

2. How to eat?

We got to the point where we run because we want or we cannot stop eating this and that. But do not hurry! It is difficult to begin to stop eating this and that, the truth is that your body is accustomed to certain things and habits and it takes a while to adapt to the new, but this always happens that one wants to change to something more great. First, what you should do is to know that your body will get used to. 3. What to eat?

  • Pure Water (at least 2 liters of water a day)
  • Garlic
  • Chlorophyll
  • Chitosan
  • Onions

4. How take these foods?

It is important that as a first food in the morning and with an empty stomach you take juice of two lemons dissolved in half cup warm water. This is one of the big secrets to keep fit and healthy. The second food (after half hour of lemon) should be a citrus or acidic fruit such as guava, plums, pineapples, citrus fruit. After waiting twenty minutes, whatever you want breakfast. Do not eat anything between meals if you get hungry, drink water, if you are hungry, drink water . At lunch, try to include some of the food suggested, if not for you, eat what you want but only on two conditions: do not drink any kind of sugar water at this time (or fruit juice, soda, etc.) only half a glass of water or a glass of vegetable juice or carrot, alfalfa, parsley or a combination as you like. For dinner, just eat an apple. If you are hungry, eat another apple, if you have not eaten all day, dinner as light as possible

5. How to take water?

Do not drink water before or after meals but half an hour before. Take your bottle wherever you go and add 2 or 3 teaspoons of chlorophyll juice or sap.

6. Say “no” to this Food

It is important to go slowly removing your diet the following foods which lops, you should know not only don’t nourish but cause a host of ailments, including obesity.

7. Do not forget to exercise
