Look after your body with Aloe

Aristotle recommended it to Alexander the Great for the quick recovery of his army. In America, the Indians used it as a remedy for stomach and wash their hair, in India, it has an excellent reputation for ease and heal the skin. In Mexico, this plant has made growing the hair, has rejuvenated and healed skin, and alleviated burn scars, so it is reputed to be a stomach tonic and extraordinary depurative.

It is a noble and succulent plant native to the African coast, then came to America and other parts of the world where it found a suitable environment for its development, this plant can survive in a dry and warm, it collects the rainwater and store for long periods. Today this plant is known as Aloe, is characterized by a green smoke, and at its edges with sharp spines. Within the interior of its tough skin, this plant keeps a white gel which has practically no odor or taste, and which is considered a gift for powerful and natural health and beauty.

Are it raised in the sunny slopes of some of the world, especially in places of desert environment of the rocky floor. In the provinces of Spain are growing up without growing different species of Aloe.

Skin and Aloe

This plant is one of the most loving and friendly towards the skin. Its moisturizing and regenerative properties penetrate the three layers of skin, expelling the bacteria, toxins and fatty deposits that clog the pores. While cleaning the skin, natural nutrients, the vitamins and minerals, amino acids and their enzymes that contains the pulp of this plant, stimulate the reproduction of new cells, regenerating the skin hydrated and softened.

Its gel has healing properties, often used to prevent premature wrinkles and softens the skin, slows aging and reduces any problems of the dermis. To possess astringent qualities, this plant is widely used in cosmetics, combined with moisturizing lotion is an ideal sunscreen to ultraviolet rays, in addition, its frequent use removes stains caused by the sun. A lotion after shaving or plucking made of aloe gives a sense of relief as quickly regenerates damaged skin (small cuts, etc.) Application prevents irritation, redness, rashes, granite and closes the dilated pores. The cream made from this plant is very effective during pregnancy, helps tone the skin of the abdomen, helps prevent and fades stretch marks that already exist.

Uses in natural medicine:

  • Has antiseptic and healing properties.

  • It is anti-inflammatory, is used in cases of arthritis rheumatism, muscle aches, etc.
  • Analgesic properties, antiviral, it is an ideal depurative stomach and blood.
  • Ideal for the skin, used in cases of acne, psiorasis dermatitis, irritation, redness, insect bites, burns, cuts, eczema, prevent aging, restore damaged tissue, heal wounds, soothe and moisturize dry skin, protect and restore the severely sun-exposed skin, etc.
  • Used for the beauty of the hair and scalp problems such as body hair loss.

Using the plant directly (home use)

There are many products on the market that contain it. A plant can be used directly from the garden. For example, to separate the bark from the pulp, one can directly apply the gel on the skin. To remove the gel one can use a spoon or squeeze the plant with your fingers, and empty the pulp in a bowl. For problems of excessive hair fall, is extraordinary, if you dare, follow it and you will see as new and healthy hair is born: anglerfish completely (if it is not bald). If it is, just follow these instructions.

Baldness and excessive hair fall; Obtain gel and wipe your scalp every morning instead of using shampoo, giving a gentle massage and avoiding the hot water. Drink in the morning as described below. Insist, and look like hair undoubtedly reborn.

Stomach (constipation, gas, etc..) Blood cleaner and restorer inside: eat its flesh from the plant that has some aspect of the slimy disgusting thing. But you can put in a blender and add some other fruit, cereal or honey if desired.

Oral problems: grind the pulp and apply on the wound, burn, infection directly.

Skin and sun: to avoid sunburn and sunspots, use a mix of pulp in a moisturizing cream and apply it half an hour before sun exposure. While under the sun, apply often.

Diabetes: aloe juice may help lower blood levels. Make your pulp and citrus fruit juice every morning, take on an empty stomach and do not eat anything until after two hours.

    There are so many benefits about this plant, I just heard about it when I got a perforation in my skin, then the person who did it recommended me not taking any drug or using any cream but using the slime of aloe in the morning and the night, even before the week, there was no pain anyone, really impressive right?
