Do you want something nutritious, quick to develop and also that does not have many calories? This is the ideal dish. These delicious omelets are very quick to make and are ideal especially for breakfast, since they are a very complete and nutritious food if you use special ingredients.

We recommend not using oil or even a lot of salt. Combine any of the omelets with a green tea, chamomile, mint or red, with digestive properties and reductive. Try not to sweeten the tea.

Omelet is delicious but sometimes we use many unhealthy ingredients as ham or other from animal origin and many many butter and oil and that?s why we make it some kind of bad, but if we use the right ingredients, we can make magic with these delicious recipe!

Oh man, omelletes are just the best! One of my favorite breakfast foods of all times! I love eating omelletes with some sort of baked potatoe wedges or cubes, with josemary and lemon. Mmmm. We will definitely be giving these recipes a try, especially the goat cheese omellete variety.
