Laxative Desserts Recipes

If you want a super nutritious dessert, delicious and also help you accentuate your beauty, check out these laxative desserts. Delicious recipes! Easy to make and well, with high nutritious properties that help the bowel and the rest of this system, I would include at least one of these recipes in my daily menu to have a healthier body, like the last one, it seems easy and you can combine kefir with other fruits I think, to have more variety.
