Awesome recipes, I?d love to try one of them and see the results. I?m trying to lose some weight and it?s really hard to get rid of the fat in the belly area, that is so true. I think I need an exercise routine like walking in the morning and drinking these juices to be healthy and avoid thinking in other harmful foods such as fats and sugars.

Reducing belly fat has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done when “molding” my body. I started running and cycling competitively a few years ago, and I did lose a lot of extra weight (I was small to begin with) and now I’m 110lbs., but I still have fat hanging around my belly! I think it takes a lot more than just drinking juices…
