Two of the main causes of disease are poor nutrition and intoxicated body due to poor elimination of harmful substances in the body and excessive consumption of products that not only nourish but demineralize body.
Fruit juices, cereals and vegetable, are natural medicines that help the body heal from a number of conditions, plus they help eliminate toxic waste that the body is having trouble erasing . The juice, when used medicinally , prevent many diseases and promote physical beauty.
Below is a list of healing juices for different conditions. Remember that juices should be drunk slowly as you can, and chew well if the juice should not be strain.

PURPOSE: all kinds of infections, flu, colds, cough or fever and to restore intestinal flora after antibiotic treatment . Destroys and prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi, lowers cholesterol levels and alleviate colic.
CONTAINS : 1 apple, peeled , 1 fresh garlic, 1 slice of papaya a little green, 1 teaspoon of pollen, a tablespoon of honey , 2 tablespoons of Aloe pulp or plain yogurt (optional ).
Juice for skin
PURPOSE: acne, dull skin, wrinkles, oily skin.
CONTAINS: 2 carrots ( juice ), 3 cups of water, 1/2 peeled cucumber , 1 stalk of celery, a bit of beets, 1 lettuce leaf, two tablespoons of oatmeal.
PURPOSE: joint pain , arthritis, high performance in athletes , increases flexibility, helps anemia.

CONTAINS: 4 carrots , peeled ½ cucumber , ½ raw cabbage and peeled garlic clove . Drink without straining.
Juice against cholesterol
PURPOSE: lowering harmful cholesterol in the body, purify the body and blood of toxins.
CONTAINS : 1 grapefruit , 5 leaves of parsley, a piece of aloe , two tablespoons of oatmeal, a clove of garlic and two glasses of water.
PURPOSE: purifying the whole body, cleaning intestines, blood , liver and skin. Helps heal a number of diseases if you drink on an empty stomach daily.

CONTAINS: the juice of two lemons, a tablespoon of aloe, two teaspoons of chlorophyll. Dissolve in a glass of warm water and drink. Do not take anything up until half an hour.
Juice for guts
PURPOSE: everything related to the intestines: colon problems , constipation , diverticulitis , poor assimilation of food , and so on .
CONTAINS: an apple peeled , two tablespoons of honey , a piece of papaya and two tablespoons of oatmeal.
PURPOSE: relieves stress, lowers anxiety and insomnia.
CONTAINS: ½ cucumber , 2 lettuce leaves, two tablespoons of honey , a handful of alfalfa sprouts , a teaspoon of pollen. Take it at night before bed .
PURPOSE: fatigue , chronic fatigue , depression , discouragement , lack of muscle mass , excessive physical activity , high-performance athletes .
CONTAINS: A banana , 4 tablespoons of honey , a bit of mango, pear or fig, two tablespoons of amaranth, two nuts.
Juice against flu
PURPOSE: boost immune system resistance, increase defenses against infection, irritation or sore throat, cough, runny nose , sinusitis , headaches.
CONTAINS: 2 or 3 slices of pineapple or guava , juice of three lemons , a bit of ginger (optional ) , a teaspoon of pollen, 2 tbsp of honey or royal jelly. Blend with two glasses of water.
Juice for kidney
PURPOSE: Urinary tract infections , blood pressure , pain in the kidney.

Juice for eyes
PURPOSE: irritated eyes, tired of the monitor, dark circles , frequent watery eyes , red eyes . Strengthens the vision and night vision
CONTAINS: a glass of carrot juice, two tablespoons of aloe or half of a cactus , a teaspoon of pollen, a little water and honey to taste.
Juice for circulation
PURPOSE: menstrual pain , promotes good circulation , purifies the body .
CONTAINS: the juice of 3 oranges, 1 or 2 centimeters of cactus or aloe, a spinach leaf , 1 lemon peeled, honey to taste and 2 cups of water. Take unstrained fasting . If it's for your period , take it for a week before the start .
Juice to rejuvenate yourself
PURPOSE: provides antioxidants which help the body to prevent premature wear of the skin cells . Rejuvenates and nourishes the skin.
CONTAINS: 2 cups of water, a small cabbage raw, juice of 2 carrots , a red pepper and a sprig of celery.
Juice for fluid retention
PURPOSE: helps swollen limbs due to fluid retention , cleanses the body .
CONTAINS: two cups of grapes , a tablespoon of dried cranberries , juice of 2 lemons , honey to taste. Blend and take without strain.
Juice for hair
PURPOSE: strengthens hair, revitalizes damaged hair with split ends , dry , brittle, dry .
CONTAINS: a sprig of parsley, two tablespoons of oatmeal , 2 almonds, 1 cactus , 1 egg yolk , and half a glass of orange juice .
Juice against hemorrhoids
PURPOSE: soft for disposal against constipation, in cases of diverticulitis and hemorrhoids , to purify the body , to heal skin problems and allergies, digestion problems.
CONTAINS: A large piece of papaya, two tablespoons of flaxseed, half an apple and honey to taste, 1 cup or two of water . Take unstrained fasting and do not eat anything until an hour later.
Juice for celiacs
PURPOSE: restores gut, helps digest food better
CONTAINS: half a cup of plain yogurt and sugar, two tablespoons of aloe, a glass of orange juice and the honey taste.

So many good option to stay healthy in a good way! That is pretty impressive and I am glad to see a very good list of easy recipes to prepare at home, and maybe even to take to other places when you are out for too long, juices are pretty good because they are based in water and healthy ingredients
This is an excellent collection of juice recipes, along with great explanations regarding how they help the body. I have a question however…do you have any good juice recipes that provide large amounts of calcium and vitamin D?
