Fungi can affect various parts of the body and become a problem if they are not treated early. There are many ways you can combat a fungus and nothing better than herbs and natural remedies to combat and eradicate them.
Here is a list of juices that will help you fight them from within because each juice contains ingredients that help boost your defenses and kill the fungus by their fungicidal effects. You should know that no fungus can survive in a not conducive environment, so if you fight it both outside and inside, this will disappear sooner or later.

Juices to combat fungi
Note: the juices should be combined with a diet where you avoid flour and refined sugar, dairy, animal and junk food and processed. Drink 2 liters of pure water a day to keep the body well refined, and drink three of these juices a day.
Garlic and Tomato Juice
Ingredients
- A clove of garlic
- A stick of celery
- 3 ripe red tomatoes
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- Pure Water
Procedure
- Blend the tomatoes with half a glass of pure water and strain well. Pass the celery, the sprigs of rosemary and garlic trough an extractor.
- Mix this juice with a glass of tomato juice and don’t add sugar. You should drink it 20 minutes before lunch or dinner.
Cranberry and Citrus Juice
Ingredients
- A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice
- One tablespoon of goji berries or cranberries
- Juice of 2 fresh lemons
- One teaspoon of liquid chlorophyll
Procedure
- Blend the blueberries with the remaining ingredients and drink on an empty stomach daily.
White Juice

- A small piece of onion
- Juice of 3 or 4 lemons
- Half a glass of aloe juice
- Half a glass of water
- One tablespoon of honey (optional)
Procedure
- Blend all in blender and drink 20 minutes before eating, daily.
Green Juice
Ingredients
- One cup of alfalfa sprouts
- One cup of cactus or aloe juice
- 3 lemons with skin
- A sprig of parsley
- 1 piece of pineapple or guava
Procedure
- Blend chopped lemons in a blender with a glass of water and strain. With this water, blend the remaining ingredients in blender and drink without strain. Take preferably in the evening or 20 minutes before lunch or dinner.

- A glass of echinacea tea
- A clove of garlic
- A slice of onion
- 3 lemons with skin
- A little honey
Procedure
- Blend the lemon washed and chopped in the blender.
- Then, with this water, liquefy the remaining ingredients and drink preferably 20 minutes before eating.

Nice tips to avoid fungi in the body. It?s not a big problem but can cause several discomfort depending on the place where it?s staying. Anyway, natural treatments are always better against pills and other stuff. So I really recommend these juices to maintain a healthy lifestyle

Interesting, I never would have thought about using juice to treat a fungal infection, but it makes perfect sense! I used to get this patch of really itchy, dry skin right in between my knuckles on my right hand, and the doctor told me it was a fungus. He prescribed me a pharmaceutical cream, which only seemed to make it worse.
