If you have fat in the belly are, here are 5 recipes of juices that will help you put your abdomen like a model. It is important to know that much of the fallen stomach is formed by a bad posture (slouching and / or throwing out the stomach), so we recommend, in addition to taking the juice, to watch your stance, trying to keep your back very up straight and tightening the abdomen either while you are sitting, standing or walking.

On the other hand, if your abdomen is swollen, do not forget to drink two liters of water a day and follow a routine of ab work. Many people do not like to do crunches, but if you truly apply and perform 100 crunches a day, you will see how your belly begins to be turning and sharpening your waist. Remember that consistency is a basic ingredient to achieve what you want.

Combine all this trying to avoid, while taking the juices, all sugars and refined starches (pasta, cakes, soft drinks, canned drinks, sweetened biscuits, etc.), which only affect your stomach and other parts creating body weight. Anti-abdomen Juice

This juice should be taken fasting, every day, before eight o'clock.

Ingredients

  • A slice of pineapple
  • One tablespoon of flaxseed
  • Juice of one lemon
  • A glass of pure water
  • A little honey

Procedure

  1. Mix everything in a blender and drink without straining, licking. Wait 30 minutes before having breakfast.

Green Juice to lower belly fat

Ingredients

  • Fresh alfalfa (or afalfa sprouts)
  • A glass and a half of water
  • Half a cup of aloe juice
  • Juice of one lemon
  • One tablespoon of uncooked oatmeal
  • A bit of honey (optional)

Preparation

  • Blend in blender lemon with peel and water.
  • Strain, in the remaining water, blend the ingredients.
  • Drink your juice fasting and don't eat anything before 11 am. ,

Apple Shake

Ingredients

  • A peeled apple
  • One tablespoon of flaxseed
  • A glass and a half of pure water
  • A little honey

Procedure

  1. Remove the apple's heart and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Drink as dinner before bed and don't eat anything else. You should drink iton an empty stomach, if you want to eat something, do it an hour and a half before taking this juice.

Juice to combat inflammation of the womb

Ingredients

  • A piece of papaya with a few of the tiny seeds
  • A glass of water
  • One tablespoon of oat bran
  • One tablespoon of bran
  • A little honey to taste

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender and drink on an empty stomach. Do not eat anything before 11 am but this juice.

Citrus Juice

Ingredients:

  • Six juicy oranges
  • Two grapefruits
  • A lemon

Extract the juice of the citrus fruit and sip slowly on an empty stomach. Drink every morning until you notice results.

NOTE: You can choose a juice every day to take in empty stomach. At dinner, avoid citrus, which are better in the morning and preliminary helping toxins and stored fat.
