Composition

This seed oil contains 77% of polyunsaturated fat – 43% linoleic acid, 33% oleic acid, 4.5% fiber, oil 42.2, 49.4 carbohydrates, and 13.62% protein.

Because of its polyunsaturated fat percentage, it is attributed the benefits to reduce total cholesterol, and the presence of linoleic acid indicates that it reduces body fat.

Effects

Like all organisms do not react well to a foreign agent, it is necessary to report that not all the people who have consumed this got positive effects on their weight, especially in their health. Thus it should be noted that the consumption of this seed, does not allow body to absorb adequately many nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids among others, which can cause nutritional disorders.

It is an irritant that can damage your intestinal mucosa and cause permanent problems.

Another truth is that for its laxative effect, it can generate excessive diarrhea, which eventually reduces potassium levels in our bodies, causing stomach cramps. In extreme cases it could worsen heart rhythm disturbances and arrhythmias.

Bad symptoms

If taking the Indian nut you see these symptoms:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Hypotension
  • Low heart rate
  • Unconsciousness

You should immediately discontinue its use and contact a health center in order to stop the chronic dehydration caused by nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

  • People who take antibiotics

Other ways to lose weight

Try as much as possible to avoid its consumption, it is better to opt for less dangerous ways to your health. Drinking more water, reduce your fat intake, exercise, etc. Sure there are people who did well taking these nuts, because they indicate that fights cellulite, increases muscle mass and removes cholesterol, but there are also those who have felt the bad symptoms. But after all, it is best if you consult your doctor before discarding short-term complications.

Do not exceed the dose

If at the end, you are a fit person for consumption and the specialist has not seen any danger, do not take risks and carefully follow the indications. Do not exceed the daily dose, which usually is ¼ of seed. Many people, driven by anxiety, increase the dose without consulting anyone to see faster results, but end up harming their health.
