Indian nuts or Cashew: Powerful and popular fat-burning

The India nut seed has now become a great ally to lose weight and burn fat quickly. Its benefits have been advertised from television to the Internet and its sales have skyrocketed in almost every house in the world of naturists. But there are risks in consumption that make it potentially dangerous to our health.

If someone recommended it and you are about to buy it, you should know the bad things that it could cause you and discard previously, if you don’t fit for its consumption. It is also recommended that you consult with your doctor or nutritionist and simply ignore what the advertising says.

This seed oil contains 77% of polyunsaturated fat - 43% linoleic acid, 33% oleic acid, 4.5% fiber, oil 42.2, 49.4 carbohydrates, and 13.62% protein.

Because of its polyunsaturated fat percentage, it is attributed the benefits to reduce total cholesterol, and the presence of linoleic acid indicates that it reduces body fat.

Like all organisms do not react well to a foreign agent, it is necessary to report that not all the people who have consumed this got positive effects on their weight, especially in their health. Thus it should be noted that the consumption of this seed, does not allow body to absorb adequately many nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids among others, which can cause nutritional disorders.

It is an irritant that can damage your intestinal mucosa and cause permanent problems.

Another truth is that for its laxative effect, it can generate excessive diarrhea, which eventually reduces potassium levels in our bodies, causing stomach cramps. In extreme cases it could worsen heart rhythm disturbances and arrhythmias.

Bad symptoms

If taking the Indian nut you see these symptoms:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Hypotension
  • Low heart rate
  • Unconsciousness

You should immediately discontinue its use and contact a health center in order to stop the chronic dehydration caused by nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

People that must not consume this seed are:

  • Pregnant women
  • Lactating women
  • Children under 15 and old people over 65
  • Those who have suffered from ulcers, gastritis, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome or have surgery of the digestive system
  • People who have problems with allergies
  • People who take antibiotics

Other ways to lose weight

Try as much as possible to avoid its consumption, it is better to opt for less dangerous ways to your health. Drinking more water, reduce your fat intake, exercise, etc. Sure there are people who did well taking these nuts, because they indicate that fights cellulite, increases muscle mass and removes cholesterol, but there are also those who have felt the bad symptoms. But after all, it is best if you consult your doctor before discarding short-term complications.

Do not exceed the dose

If at the end, you are a fit person for consumption and the specialist has not seen any danger, do not take risks and carefully follow the indications. Do not exceed the daily dose, which usually is ¼ of seed. Many people, driven by anxiety, increase the dose without consulting anyone to see faster results, but end up harming their health.

I think cashews are really one of the most impressive and all around useful nuts around! It's crazy how you can use them to make butters, they're so soft, great in baking, and I've read a few vegan cookbooks that actually use cashews as a substitute for cheeses, there's a special way to process them for it!

I tried these nuts time ago. I was surprised because they really worked with me! I reduced like 3 sizes. That was the first month. Then, I started to feel weak and have problems. I know it was my fault because I took more than the recommended dose, and then I had to quit for the problems I had. So, if you are going to try these nuts, you must follow all the recommendations!
