A lot of harmless and even useful bacteria and fungi can become lodged in the human intestine, but they are also an excellent medium for other microorganisms such as parasites.
There are several types of intestinal parasites with many sizes and types, and often cause symptoms such as diarrhea, bad absorption of nutrients, weight loss, flatulence, anal itching, abdominal distension, acute ulcers and vomiting, and even death, as in the case of infected persons with tapeworm in the brain or spinal cord.

Foods to eliminate parasites
The best foods or herbs for parasites are:
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Papaya or pumpkin seeds
- Grapefruit juice and seeds
- Black Walnut
Treatment against parasites
All these treatments must be accompanied with a proper diet to help dislodge the parasites. Sugars and processed foods should be eliminated from the diet, especially white flour and breakfast cereals or refined, as well as red meat, egg and cow's milk and derivatives. You should drink two liters a day of pure water with a squeeze of lemon cup.
You must also maintain an excellent personal hygiene, like washing clothes and dishes with hot water and keep clean the bathroom with bleach every time you use it. You should wash your hands thoroughly every time you go to the bathroom and before cooking or eating.
Tapeworm or roundworms treatment

In cases of worms or more severe problems, eat only onion for a day or two, and drink hot water with a squeeze of lemon. Take 2 or 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil during these days.
Herbal tea against parasites:
Boil for 10 minutes half a teaspoon of thyme, chamomile and a gentian root. Let stand ten minutes and strain. Drink on an empty stomach and don’t eat anything before half an hour. Then, for adults and youths, take a clove of raw garlic with a glass of hot water.
Peppermint infusion of garlic:
Put a bunch of mint in a liter of water with four crushed garlic. Boil for 10 minutes, then cover and let stand another ten. Strain and drink during the day.
