Exercise

Routine No. 1

Find two pound weights (you can substitute two water bottles filled with water, sand or pebbles).
Stand with your back straight and right leg slightly open, take weights, drop your arms at your sides and then slowly raise your arms outstretched to each side, thus forming a cross with your body. Perform 8 repetitions. Then, join extended arms to the height of your chest and up and down. Make 1 set of 8 repetitions. Considering increasing as you go.

    It?s so true that many woman believe that the solution is surgery and that?s a shame since the ideal is to keep the body well-defined with the own will and effort, well even though I can?t change the women?s mind, I can do it by myself by trying to make the change in me and tell the results to convince more people

    These are all great tips, but…I must be a debbie downer and just throw it out there…just accept the breasts you have!! so many women struggle against their breasts, when they’re a beautiful accent to any woman! My breasts are teeny tiny bumps, and I just love them. They’re lovely and small, and let me do all sorts of activities that large chested women would have dificulty with.
