Healthy and Silky Hair

If you've have focused only in having a slim silhouette doing exercises to have a nice abdomen or make a healthy diet to avoid illness, but you have never paid attention to the care of your hair and it looks dull, weak and dry. You should read this.

We will help you to improve and revitalize your scalp through some tips and some natural masks that you can prepare in simple steps and enjoy its benefits.

Hydration

First, you have to take into account that hydration is the key to look a beautiful, silky, shiny and strong hair, for that you should use a shampoo with natural ingredients, according to your hair type.

In the market there are many shampoos made of real good products like aloe vera, which is an excellent restorative and nutritive agent. There is also the avocado, lemon,

After the shampoo, if possible, always try to use a conditioner and finally a natural mask.

Care the hair tips

Caring for the hair tips is essential for a healthy and strong hair, then, it is recommended that you apply once a week a protector product, especially if your hair is dyed.

If you tend to straighten the hair, adjust the temperature of your dryer and straighten iron, do not exceed the heat, use it eventually since it leaves your hair dry and brittle.

Try to brush your hair as much you can when dry, and bush when wet as well, as hair is easier to brush when wet.

Natural masks

Dry and damaged hair

The egg is a product that is characterized by its fatty and unctuous composition, therefore it helps to restore dry and damaged hair, try this egg mask:

Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of olive oil and ½ avocado, until smooth. Apply it on hair and leave to act for about 20 minutes, finally wash with warm water.

Another way of nourishing mask is based on one batted egg yolk, two tablespoons of almond oil and two tablespoons of water. Gently mix. Massaging the scalp and leave as in the previous remedy for twenty minutes, then wash.

A third mask based on yogurt.  Mix 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt with half avocado, put it in the hair and if possible cover with a warm towel for 20 minutes, then wash with warm water.

Weak and damaged hair

Peel and mash two bananas, add a tablespoon of honey and mix well. Apply to wet hair and wait for about twenty minutes. Wash to remove the mixture and then wash hair as usual.

Another mask is made of tomatoes. Peel and crush one, rub into your scalp the resulting puree and apply throughout hair, leave on for about 20 minutes and remove with warm water. You will see that soon you will get very good results and your hair gradually will recover its natural shine.

Oily Hair

To remove fat and maintain your hair soft and manageable, you can rub some alcohol, massaging the scalp, after a few minutes, wash with warm water. You should not spend more than 10 minutes exposed to alcohol.

You can also use rosemary; in small bowl put a teaspoon of rosemary leaves and a sage. Add two tablespoons of soybean oil and two tablespoons of almond oil. Mix well and put into a bottle for 3 weeks. Drain and use it as a mask for oily hair before washing.

Other tips

When you apply a conditioner, do it from the middle of the hair to the ends, never at the root because it can become oily. Only use it when you're washing your hair.

Try to get a haircut every two months, al least only the tips and use a natural bristle brush to avoid breaking them; this will help your hair to grow strong and healthy.

Wash hair with warm water, never too hot or too cold.

Avoid using too tense hairstyles. Sometimes it's better not pick it up, at least when you are alone and at home.

    There are many shampoos and conditioner that claims to be the best and have natural ingredients but do you actually believe them? I don?t, so that?s why I prefer natural remedies like these to improve my hair health and growth. I?m going to try them and then I?ll come to say the results.
