Healing Recipes with Parsley (kidney, skin, hair, etc.)

Parsley is a vegetable with a lot of healing benefits, its nutritional components have a high percentage of vitamin C making it an excellent antioxidant and preventative against infections as well as a powerful stimulant of the body's defense system and it debugger toxins, has expectorant properties , carminative, diuretic, and more, making it ideal for healing and preventing diseases of many types. It is especially good for the kidneys, the skin heal, revitalizes your hair and nails, stimulates the menstrual cycle (emmenagogue), soothe colic, removes excess of water in the body, cleanse the blood and intestines, rejuvenate tissues and body in general, strengthen the immune system and cure any condition where there is missing the required vitamin C.

Parsley has been used traditionally for cooking and dressings, salads, sauces, stews and even to add flavor to water. If you want to use it in the medicinal form, here are these medicinal recipes. Avoid the salt in your diet and highly seasoned or refined products.

Note: You must not abuse of parsley if you are pregnant as it may stimulate the uterus.

Tea (infusion) of parsley to cure kidney

You need:

  • Two or three sprigs of parsley
  • Two glasses of pure water
  • Half a lemon

Boil water and add the parsley. Let simmer another 5 minutes and turn off. Let stand until is just warm, strain into a pitcher. Serve a glass of this tea and add the juice of half a lemon. Drink daily fasting. Save the rest in the refrigerator and drink before dinner. Avoid adding sugar or sweetening.

Green salad with parsley to cure skin and strengthen hair

You need:

  • A cucumber washed and sliced. Try to wash carefully its skin or use organic cucumbers so you can eat it.
  • A fresh tomato and cut into small pieces to taste.
  • A few sprigs of parsley, chopped well disinfected.
  • Olive oil extra-virgin
  • Pinch of salt
  • Lemon

Toss everything in a bowl and season. If you want to heal your skin, we also recommend that you avoid drinking cow's milk and derivatives, sugar and white flour to prevent your body gets full of toxins. You must also drink the medicated parsley water (see recipe), twice a day.

Medicinal parsley water to purify body

You need:

  • One liter of pure water
  • A few sprigs of parsley well disinfected
  • Medium cucumber, tiny seeds
  • The juice of four lemons
  • Honey bee

Grind in a blender with water all ingredients, add a little honey. Drink during the day.

Parsley juice to heal infections, skin, hair, body toning and debug toxins

You need:

  • 7 large and fresh carrots
  • One cup of alfalfa
  • A sprig of parsley well disinfected

Do it in a juicer and drink it all at once to avoid losing its medicinal properties. This juice is recommended to drink at lunchtime. If you have an infection or skin problems, you need to remove all refined sugar or cow's milk products from your diet.

Treatment with parsley, tea to expel kidney stones

You need:

  • Three teaspoons parsley root or plant
  • One liter of water

Boil a pint of water and add the teaspoons of parsley. Let it stand for fifteen minutes and strain. Add the remaining water. Drink four cups of this tea during the day. You must drink, in addition, another liter of pure water a day and eliminate sugary or refined drinks from your diet. To support the removal of stones, you must include in your diet the consumption of radishes, 3 or 4 a day and do some physical activity to encourage movement.

    Hey, I actually don?t really like the taste of parsley but time ago I had kidney stones and when I went to a doctor, he told I should drink parsley water and more, let me tell you that it really works! So I recommend it even though you don?t like it, you should try it!

    last year I grew a really big garden in Oregon, and for the first time ever I grew parsley (from seed). I planted a HUGE patch of parsley, and of course, it all came up at the same time, and I barely used ANY of it! Iwas so disappointed! If only I had known of these recipes beforehand, they would have been excellent for the parsley I had!
