What is hair?

Hair, as the eyes or skin, is a live extension of us; it has its roots in the blood and nourishes the digestive system. The hair is closely related to the nervous system, consists mainly of muscle tissue, keratin, oils, proteins and silicon, it not only garnishes of our heads, but also has a biological function that helps the body "feel" magnetically stabilized.

Causes of hair damage

When the hair become brittle, dries and starts to deteriorate or fall, this is the result that we have not given the necessary attention. To begin, when the hair starts to show signs of weakness or weight loss, is that surely there is a lack of blood irrigation. The lack of blood supply is one of the most common. Depletion, excessive worries, not exercising, over-study without proper mental rest and lack of sleep causes the body being tired and this is not enough to irrigate the blood to the head, which affect the hair that is like a plant that if is not fertilized or watered enough, will be weakened in its appearance. Now, take into account that blood nourishes our body. Therefore, if you eat a low amount of these, minerals and oil will run out too quickly in the various functions of the body before reaching the hair. It is therefore necessary that we observe mainly from your diet is rich in minerals and foods that we recommend below. The baldness or graying hair also reflects our moods and our food. The baldness is the result of prolonged states of tension or a feeling of wanting to control everything. With the requirements and the speed of life, often we do not notice that our scalp is damaged; you can now pay attention to your scalp and ask it to relax. Take care of your hair

Eat oats: you can add it to juices, smoothies, breads, teas, etc. This is a food rich in minerals to nourish your hair. In the same way do not forget to consume wheat bran, rice bran, radishes, sprouts, rye bread and bran.

Consume at least 5 servings of fruit during the day: strawberries, bananas, apples are recommended.

Keratin in hair contains large amounts of sulfur, so we recommend searching the tablets and doses appropriate for you to meet this mineral.

If your movement is slow, include a small quantity of iodine.

Food should not miss in your week: cucumber, seaweed, all kinds of nuts, peanuts, amaranth, carrots, flour integral barley, lettuce, pore, parsley, dandelion, avocado, green chile. There are pills on the market of marine algae (spirulina and other) that can complement your meal.

It is very important that when you eat is not just about consenting to your palate. The consumption of raw vegetables may not be very pleasant for many, but the raw vegetable is one of the biggest adds of minerals to your body. You can make smoothies and juices with them, you can prepare salads. For example, cucumber juice with parsley and sweetened with molasses is a kind of a dish for your hair.

One more tip:

When you have two hours free, prepare the following mixture: an egg yolk, two tablespoons of olive oil juice of two lemons and stir well. Apply on your hair and spread well on all sides. Leave the mix there for half an hour and then wash your hair. If you attend and practice this willingly, we assure you in less than six months your hair will look really special.

    Thank you very much for all those advices! My hair is not in its right mood now, and I need to change this before it begins to become baldness, I know that is too dramatic for a woman but I might have it, so I need to take care right know!

    I’m not really concerned with teh way that my hair looks in teh sense of I want it to look beautiful, but hair is simply a reflection of overall health. If my hair is shiny and strong, this is evidence that my body is strong inside. If my hair is brittle and dull, this means I am not so healthy.
