The days are longer and the heat is coming.
It is not so much about losing weight but to cleanse your body and recover the energy lost. To achieve this we must incorporate into our diet foods that promote the activity of the kidneys and liver, our major depurative organs. Furthermore, during this season, we must try to forget the caffeine, industrial bakery, meat and dairy products and rich in fat.

What to consume?
Fruits and vegetables, primarily. Their high water content, fiber and vitamins is perfect to help eliminate toxins.
Fruits

Vegetables
