The days are longer and the heat is coming.
It is not so much about losing weight but to cleanse your body and recover the energy lost. To achieve this we must incorporate into our diet foods that promote the activity of the kidneys and liver, our major depurative organs. Asparagus: Its high potassium content makes it an important eliminator of toxins. It also has a lot of fiber and few calories.
