I love custard!! I’m so excited that I found these recipes because I’ve been looking for some new custard ideas for a super long time! We raise ducks, so making custards is one of the best ways for us to use up their eggs, and since all the other ingredients are fairly flavorful, you can’t even taste a difference in them being duck eggs.
