I feel like I am much more easily fatigue mentally, than physically. Every day nearly, I go for runs or bike rides, but if I don't take time out for ample meditation, I have a lot of thoughts running through my mind. I have gotten a lot better over the years, learning meditation, and actually just feeling free from authoritative figures (in school and home), to take my time, unpressured, just to enjoy life.
