I have been relatively vegetarian for a few years now (not that I am explicitly revoking the eating of meat...it just seems that in order to get all the vitamins and nutrients in one day, you need to eat primarily all fruits and vegetables), and I'm super excited to have read this article, I have a lot of new ideas for cooking now!
