Some really great recipes that I would love to try, even though I do not have any problems with gastritis, digestion or the stomach. The papaya and coconut preparations sound especially delicious, but as mentioned before by a previous reader, it really is almost impossible nowadays to escape chemicals and pesticides used in farming, unless you are growing and eating your own food! I think that is the way forward ;-)

I think taht all of these conditions, gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, colonitis, constipation, etc...all stem from the fact that we're eating rubbish, day in and day out, and even when you try to follow a healthy diet, you're still consuming pesticides and chemicals (unless you grow 100% your own produce), hormones in processed meat, etc. It's almost inescapable.
