I think the best way to cure insomnia (if not through relaxing fruit and nice drinks like these ones) is to do lots of physically tiring work throughout the day, that way when it does come time to go to sleep you are thoroughly exhausted and can do nothing more than close your eyes! I think insomnia tends to occur in people who are not particularly physically active, or are working at a job which requires them to sit down a lot (ie at a computer desk). This seems the most likely solution, although the drinks do sound nice...

Who would have thought that cherries and lettuce would be so great at putting you to sleep. I rarely (if ever) have problems going to sleep, but I could imagine that this would be just terrible. I've also heard that apples and bananas are really relaxing fruit to eat just before bed, and that apparently they help you achieve an even deeper sleep. Thanks for the article!

I usually have something soft for dinner, and in this way I avoid having to digest the food while I am going to sleep and I feel better to fall asleep quickly and in a good way, as I have tried and when I have a huge dinner, it is difficult for me to go to be and this is serious, so think before having too much dinner

The banana sounds like a fruit that acn help to fall asleep, I think because it is heavy and then your stomach is just full and good to go and rest, and combined with the cherries this sound delicious! You may even want to have 2 or more but maybe that is too much haha

I recommend you taking the lettuce infusion, you may think it doesn't work, I mean it is just a lettuce, but it does! believe me! I have tried it and I went to sleep almost inmediately, so if you have troubles, try it right away! and I hope this works for you!
