The word nervous is too common in these days; it is a term that appears into discussion minimizing the symptom.

But it really is as simple as mentioned or are we wrong about the importance of the nerves?

Living in a world like ours requires a foolproof nervous functioning, so many of us can be "nervous" without being aware of it.

It?s very important to know ways to calm down because I think we are all very nervous about the job, the family, the love, the school, everything seems to affect us and that?s so bad for our entire body health as well for our mind, which needs to be clear and with no heavy loads to hold as stress and anxiety.

I’ve always been a super fun-loving person, really high energy. Sometime in college though, when going to school full-time and working at least 20 hours a week at a part time job, my nerves got just hammered. I developed a near-constant level of anxiety, and even though I got good at hiding it from others, I never felt at ease. Always anxious. Learning mindfulness meditation was key for me…now I feel strong enough and wise enough to avoid travelling down that path again, and to steer my life in the direction I want to.
