Tofu is an ingredient that not everybody like but has many properties that other food doesn?t so it would be a good idea including it more often at least to replace meat some days at the week, howver, many people who enjoy eating tofu get bored soon because they do not find more recipes, so preparing sweet recipes with tofu seems like very interesting

How ineresting! I had never thought of trying tofu in sweet desserts. I’ve always cooked tofu in savory dishes, like stir fries and salty soups. These look really interesting! I have some really good homemade blackberry jam that I could try for the recipe that calls for jam. Maybe I’ll make it for dessert tomorrow!
