Delicious if you want to change the variety and of course leave the meat for once at all, the fish is the perfect ingredient to stop eating meat, which is not good for the body at all, while you have this amazing option that is the fish and its benefits, and it is delicious too! I love it!

the meatballs sound like perfect to help the children introduce this ingredient in their lives with no complication as the kids tend to avoid this ingredient because they are afraid of the taste or I do not know the reason but the parents must help them to opt for the fish instead of other meat

haven’t tasted pie made of fish, but since there are many types including meat and vegetables, why not sardine? even though it is not one of my favorite ingredients maybe I can change the sardine for other fish that I like more, but well thanks for sharing the many recipes, fish is a great ingredient!

I was just thinking the same thing! I am not a fan of the sardine but yet I like fish, so I think that this recipe, the pie is a nice one but the ingredient is not the right one, maybe something with less flavor, I do not know many about fishes but I recommend the fish of sweet water, I do not know why but I like them very much!

you can prepare a delicious ceviche with fish, you just need, orange juice, some onion, lemon, a fish that you really like, and maybe other ingredients that are optional for you like parsley and more, then mix everything, with pieces of fish and enjoy cold!

mmm! I’m especially excited to try the halibut recipe!! My in-laws live in Alaska, so they fish for BIG halibut a lot. Needless to say we eat a lot of that fish. We’ve always cooked it with citrus fruits…so orange or lemon zest and a few sprigs of cilantro. I’ve never had fish meatballs either, so I’m excited to try them.

They say that eating fish can make you more intelligent due to its Omega 3 content… The empanadas sound delicious and I would be interested to see how the fish meatballs taste, although I’m not sure I would like them very much. Let’s see…!
