Our land, full of sun, water and wind, is an ancient medicine. The earth is a mysterious laboratory generator of life with really positive healing properties. Destined to be destroyed soon and dies, it is dead and transforms organic waste into new vital elements, such as flowers, which are back to nature. I'm talking about mud this time, it consists of land and water and is the union of both the flourishing life.

What is clay mud?

It is a fat piece of soil on which no plant can germinate. Its color depends on the area, can vary from red, yellow, white and gray, and green clay, which has the properties that best respond and adapt, but this does not mean that others should be discarded.

Mud therapy

Healing mud is a form that has existed for thousands of years. Many people used in-house or external clay, this cure is known for its ancient healing properties for many ills and benevolent. Healing soil, applied on a regular basis, is a gift and compensator purifying of the body.

Healing properties of mud

Mud is an excellent cell regenerator, has cooling properties, decongestants, purifying, healing, relaxing, absorbing. However we must consider how to implement it. For example, a paste of hot mud on top of a cut, bite, swelling, etc.., is excellent to remove the pain or swelling. However, mud decongestants lose their properties as they are heated.

In addition to eliminating all forms of harmful injuries, tumors, rashes, rashes, eczema, etc., Mud helps vitalize the organs and tissues of patients, because the mud helps the blood to flow more strongly, decongesting the body and injects toxins into cells, magnetic, electric and solar energy. We know that the disease is usually a severe buildup of toxins in the body. The mud will make your body move and seek ways of elimination to get rid of them. That's why after over several sessions with mud, is not difficult to find one that will feel "a little worse” ', i.e. pleases some diarrhea, a strong cold, pain, etc.. This means that the mud is circulating the material harmful to the body by pushing disposal for the body to restore its stability and vitality. Mud restores also atrophied glands, stops growing and rejuvenates microbes in general, strengthens and beautifies the body.

Key elements of the mud

Silica: The mud contains high silica content, the stronger elastic tissue in the body. The silica acts in particular in cases of tainted blood, atherosclerosis, arthritis, tuberculosis, and helps in the early healing of fractures and sprains. Silica is a kind of cement in the body and is ideal in all that relates to the skeletal system, vascular, respiratory and nervous. It has also great benefit to the skin for its beneficial effect on the elastic fibers. The mud is a perfect alternative for any disease of bone and bone reconstruction.

Magnesium: It is a mineral catalyst. It is a determinant of growth, a general tonic, vitalizing and regenerative cell gives emotional balance, is antiseptic and internally and externally. Magnesium regulates calcium balance, increases defenses, stops the aging and helps eliminate thrombosis carcinomatosis.

Calcium: is more effective for anemia and well recognized by all involved with the skeletal system. Its benefits can be felt from the tendons and blood until the balance in your teeth. Calcium is essential for blood clotting and proper functioning of the system. It is indicated to eliminate fatigue, pulmonary disorders and some disorders of the nervous system.

How prepare clay?

Today you can buy clay at most naturist stores. Usually sold as a dry powder and you can prepare only dissolving in a few spoonfuls of water, so it remains a soft dough, not very liquid so does not slip and not too thick to not bogged down and scrape your skin.

This delicious therapy has been in my mind since a long time ago and I do not know if I could find a time to enjoy the therapy in a spa or something, maybe the next vacations, or in Christmas, but I hope it is not to late because I am having problems with my back and a friend recommended me this therapy

I live in southeast alaska, and a long time ago a volcano erupted and spread a bunch of volcanic ash around the island we live. We have a lot of volcanic ash and clay for “soil” here, and I was wondering if you knew of any ways we could utilize this combination of “soil” for anything…
