Citrus fruits are definitely friends of health. In fact, I eat and drink citrus fruits every day, starting with fresh lemon tea every morning. I can feel how it cleanses my body, and after doing this now for 7 months, my body can actually sense when I need it, and I crave it when i wake up in the morning now.

Citrus are the most amazing foods that god or nature could ever create, they are delicious and contain too many important substances for the body so surely you have to include them, well, let me tell you that when I was younger, I used to hate all kind of fruits and then I really became sick, so citrus took me away from that and now I?m healthy as a horse, lol
