I have read a lot about cayenne pepper and it's amazing effects. In fact, I used to work at a clinic and a doctor that used to work there told me a story about how one time her father (or father in law...I don't remember), was having some sort of cardiovascular problem...I don't remember specifically what it was, but she ended up giving him a shot of cayenne pepper and lemon juice on the spot and it bought him enough time to get to the hospital. It was really an amazing story.
