I’m not sure if fruit have a lot of carbohydrates, but I just LOVE eating an apple, or some plums and berries for breakfast., Another favorite that is loaded with carbs, is making a bowl of muesli and mixing in almond butter and yogurt and fruit on top. I make this breakfast almost everyday, and it’s delicious!
