For many women, the back has been used over the years to wear a stylish and unusual neckline that allows them to show off their skin. So if you want a smooth back, free of pimples and acneit can easily be achieved at home. Here are some tricks that will help you achieve this goal.

Show off your back

It is important to exfoliate the skin on your back, as this way it looks smooth. You can clean the area with a mask or scrub that removes dead skin cells and also prevents your pores from clogging. It may even smooth bumps that appear on the shoulders. Here is how you can make it:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ cup of parsley smoothie
  • Mix the ingredients, apply on clean skin in circular motions, lie face down and wait 20 minutes, then wash off in warm water. Use it once a week at any age if your skin is oily or suffers from imperfections on this part of the body.

Goodbye back spots

The back is an area that accumulates sweat and grease, causing the anti-aesthetic appearance of pimples.

There are many homemade remedies and tricks that we can use to combat these imperfections that usually appear on the back, for example the following:

Remedy 1:

Mix one cup of roses with lemon juiceAt night, before falling asleep, dip a cotton pad into the prepared formula and apply to the areas affected. Remove the next day upon waking. Try this every day for three weeks to avoid the formation of black heads on the skin and tone your skin simultaneously.

Remedy 2:

Prepare the following formula: Cut an onion into 4 pieces and insert it into a juicer, add a teaspoon of honey and another of white clay, spread a little onto the affected areas before bed, wait for it to dry to wear your pajamas and wash off the next day with warm water. In less than 5 nights, your skin will be free of new outbreaks.

Remedy 3:

To prevent outbreaks, every night apply a mask made with crushed plum pulp, using the amount you require from them, wait 15 minutes and then take a bath. This fruit has an astringent property that helps to regulate the appearance of oil and clean the area.

Solution 4:

You can apply a mask to help remove these impurities, blending one medium tomato, then add lemon juice and two tablespoons of glycerine. Mix the ingredients until homogenised, apply after bathing and wait 5 minutes to let it work before finally washing it off with warm water. Do it as often as possible.

Remedy 5:

Develop a mask with lemon zest, 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt, two tablespoons of ground oats and a tablespoon of aloe gel. Mix well and spread on your back, wait 15 minutes and remove with water. Apply twice weekly until spots disappear.

Remedy 6:

If you rarely get pimples or acne on your back but notice that one or two bumps have appeared, a simple remedy is to apply a few drops of lemon juice on the area the night before. The next day you will notice that its size has decreased considerably.

To soften the skin

If you notice that the skin on your back is dull and rough, it is likely that the skin is dehydrated. You can easily remedy this by applying a massage using a bit of avocado oil. In summer this treatment is particularly useful to achieve a perfect look in your swimsuit or bikini. With this simple method, you will soften the skin on your back and also get a good dose of relaxation at the same time.

Many people seem to have problems on the back and it?s probably because they do not consider that this part of the body sweat a lot and often you stay with the same clothes for several hours, the best thing is to avoid this and apply a lot of cream

Lots of remedies, I’ll have to try a few. I haven’t had acne on my back for a very long time, but when I was a teenager I broke out a lot on my back. It always felt oily, and I was never excessive in any of my treatment measures, for fear of tilting the tables too much. I do get a pimple every now and then, so I’ll keep these in mind!

Wow! There really is an existing remedy for EVERYTHING these days… You guys have thought about women’s health and beauty a lot it seems. An interesting article with some good tips on how to make some scrumptious masks for skin – I’m sure they would be just as effective on the face or other excessively oily parts of the body right? Thanks for the information!
