It is necessary, if the mother is a vegetarian, that she has a quality diet that does not undergo a nutritional wasting. Babies don't eat a whole lot of meat in the first place...I don't think. My mom used to give my brother some assortment of liver and onions. I think it was blended, and he really, really loved it. But other than that, it was pretty much mushed up peas and carrots, and things of that sort. I definitely don't agree with giving your baby pre-packaged foods though, definitely make it at home.

I?m following a strict vegetarian diet with my husband but we thought that making our kid follow this diet may be an error but I was wrong on that! Now I?m going to talk with my husband and considerate this option as a good choice to motivate our kid to a better quality of life
