The avocado is a gift of nature, rich in nourishing oils and fiber; it adds a portion of health to the diet. However, there are many ways to use an avocado; it can help you get silky hair, perfect skin and a smooth look.

The avocado used for cosmetic purposes should be ripe; if you have one green then I suggest wrapping it in foil or placing it in a paper bag to speed up the ripening process.

You can save the ripe avocado in the refrigerator, but never keep an avocado in the freezer, as it is very delicate.

To know if an avocado is ripe, you just have to press it with the tip of one of your fingers, and this will yield easily. The part used in this case is the pulp. For this, we must remove it with a spoon and separate it from the "bone".

Avocado, like any other organic matter, is perishable, which is why the use of these remedies should be for one time or twice.

Clean your skin with avocado

If you have a normal skin, and want to keep it clean and moisturized, try the following cleaning:

Beat egg yolks until light and frothy, add half a cup of milkand half a ripe avocado without peel. Mix the ingredients until blended, and use with cotton towels for cleaning whenever your face. You can use it after taking off make up, it is very effective against pollution and dirt. It is also a natural choice to keep your skin hydrated and free of contaminants that may interfere with normal state and skin function.

I suggest that you do not reuse this formula over two days, and set aside in the refrigerator between uses.

Moisturizing Tonic

You've probably heard of the beneficial oils of avocado, but can you imagine that residues in avocado peel could help you look radiant? The oil that is hidden in the skin of the avocado is also a wonderful facial moisturizer.

So do not despise the peel! When getting an avocado, rub your face with gentle upward strokes on the inside of the peel, let the oil residue remain on your face for 15 minutes. Wash your face with warm water, the oil will not go at all, it will remain moisturizing your face during the day, is ideal if your skin is oily.

Eye Treatment

Nobody really knows why the avocado is so effective with puffiness under the eyes, but it is. The procedure is very simple, take off the peel of an avocado, cut in thin slices and place one under each eye, covering the typical bags. The results are great, you will not regret.

For your hands

If you want to have beautiful hands, it is important to exfoliate occasionally. A simple mask can help make a difference.

Mix in a bowl, ¼ avocado, one egg and two tablespoons of oatmeal with a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Apply the mixture through your hands, and let stand for 20 minutes, then remove with warm water. You can repeat this procedure 1 to 2 times a week, to have longer lasting results.

Mask for hair

If your hair looks dry and lifeless, the avocado can be the answer to your problems. Use the pulp of one of them, mix with two teaspoons of olive oil and apply the mixture distributing mainly in the tips of your hair, while bathing, leave on for 15-20 minutes and remove with warm water, you can proceed to wash your hair as you often do.
