I have a big garden here in alaska and artichokes are actually one of those things that grow really well here, but I haven't taken advantage of them in the garden yet! Do you have any advice as to how to grow and plant them in a garden? Do you start from seed, and if so, how long do they take to harvest?

Hey, my mother told me something about the diet of artichoke and well I was interested so I decided to do some research. I didn't know that this plant had so many properties and it can heal! so it's impressive, acutally I'm not very used to consume it but I like the taste and I hope to find more about the diet in this page, thanks!
