Antioxidants retard the aging process, fight the degeneration and destruction of cells caused by free radicals and prevent diseases of all kinds. Our body is unable to counteract the degenerative action of free radicals we are exposed to them daily, undoubtedly it needs antioxidant-rich foods such as grapes, green tea, the sprouts, pumpkin seeds, soybean, etc. If not, the skin is one of the first to demonstrate this gap, it looks withers, wrinkled and damaged.

These juices that contain powerful antioxidant food are very useful in combating free radicals that cause aging.

I?m following an strict diet for rejuvenating my skin in a complete way, so I?m using some natural creams and oils as well as some exercise to clean my skin and avoid fat in it, and well, I need to complement the treatment with the right food, and including juices could be the best option, they are easy and fast to prepare, and of course delicious!

Carrot and peppers!! I never would have thought about that combination for a juice, but Iabsolutely love both of those vegetables, so…why not?! Thanks for these great recipes. I’m a big juicer, and I love spicing things up with new ideas!
